Modern apartment near the centre of Malinska with private pool for up to 6 persons. The apartment has two double bedrooms and one bathroom, additional toilette, kitchen with dining area and living room. It is located very close to the town center with numerous beaches, restaurants and amenities. It spreads over two floors (ground floor and first floor). The additional bed for two persons is the sofa in living room. Outdoor pool is private and for your own use. Barbecue, parking spot provided.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
