Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Stone apartment Bonaca 2 is situated in Vrbnik, small romantic place on island Krk.Has 1 bedroom,bathroom and living room with kitchen. In apartment you will find everything you need for vacation. Final cleaning is included in price. Apartment has terrace and parking in front of house. On terrace is grill and you can use it with guests from another apartment. In house is one more apartment. Bonaca 2 is 250 m away from center Vrbnik. You need to come to explore island Krk and enjoy it!!!

The apartments are located in a traditional old Mediterranean house that has been completely renovated, so you can experience how the locals used to live, but with all the comforts of modern times. The house is located in the very center of the town, so all amenities are within walking distance. You can expect a warm, peaceful and family-friendly environment that's perfect for a great summer family vacation because it has a garden with a terrace, a gas grill and a children's playground.

Apartman se nalazi 1 katu i ima 77m2. Apartman je novi. Samo par minuta do stare jezgre grada i plaže. Apartman Krtica 2 romantična je oaza s pogledom na more. Ima jednu dvokrevetnu sobu, modernu kuhinju, dnevni boravak sa prostranim kaučem, veliku kupaonicu i toalet. Izvrsno opremljen za odmor.

Vila Anka

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
