A quiet suburban neighbourhood, a short walk into Te Aroha township, kayak down the Piako River, walk/mountain bike Te Aroha Mountain, soak in the mineral pools... Private access with lockbox for key access Condiments, tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal all provided A gentle walk along the river, a bike along the cycle trail, nice eateries. Check out the steampunk sculptures in town.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Spectacular City Waterfront Apartment

Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.

Kipling Cottage

Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous Flat White cafe. II's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other a double, large bathroom, and a kitchen with all amenities. It's a short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....and so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!

Avocado Cottage. Katikati.

Private, self-contained, cosy modern cottage on semi-rural orchard location adjacent to Katikati township. Panoramic views with small deck, BBQ & swimming pool available. Very comfortable queen sized bed & portacot on request. Sofa bed available for extra guests. Ample parking for motorhome or caravan. Breakfast food provided for the first morning of stay. Pets not allowed.
