Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. DoLittle Cottage on organic citrus orchard

This charming, very private, self-contained cottage is set in the middle of our organic citrus orchard, just 5 km outside of Kerikeri. Quiet, very spacious grounds, pool, friendly animals and everything you need to relax and explore the area. It's full insulation, double glazed windows, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make it the perfect base to explore all the beautiful sights the Bay of Island has to offer.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Located down a quiet Lane, tucked away but within walking distance of the Stone Store and walking tracks. Less than a five minute drive to Kerikeri Village.
