Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. This home was built in 1900. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farm style home of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

High Plains Hideout 3 bedrooms 2 Baths

Located in the high plains town of Wakeeney, this spacious house is perfect for large gatherings of families and freinds. It is 2 blocks from the community pool and 1 block from the park. It is a double corner lot with plenty of space outside. For the hunters, this home was picked by a hunter and provides quick access to the 1000's of acres of Walk In Hunting Areas full of whitetails, mule deer, pheasant, quail, praire chickens, cottontails and jack rabbits.

Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.
