This beach house includes two large bedrooms with new king beds, as well as a third bedroom with a triple bunk bed (weight limit of 165 lbs per bunk). There are two full-sized bathrooms with tubs and showers (one is adjoining the master suite), a laundry room, game room and a back deck. This home is the perfect peaceful getaway for a couple or family in Bayshore (next to Waldport), offering lovely ocean views and is just a 7 min walk to the beach, or a 10-15 min drive to Yachats/Newport Bridge.

Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

This oceanfront home comes with every comfort you could possibly need for your beach getaway. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age.

1 bedroom with queen sized bed, 1 bath with shower, and sofa bed in living room suitable for children. Half-block to beach access; not an ocean view. Approved dogs are allowed with additional $25/fee, please inform within request to stay. 10% unincorporated Lincoln county tax is included in base price.
