The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are doggie friendly and are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle and explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone cottage.
