Very happy with our stay at Plum Nelly cabin. When we arrived it was obvious someone had just been there to have the place all set up and ready for us, tv's on, lamps, etc. We had a family with 2 adults, a 12 year old and two 10 year olds. Despite it being a small cabin and us being a large family, it still was plenty of room for us. They allowed my sister, her husband, and adult son to park their RV in the driveway. Two things to keep in mind. The second bedroom does not open up to the house. You enter it from the screened in porch. I wouldn't have felt comfortable having a young child out there by themselves. However, my two daughters shared the room. They locked the door, we locked the porch doors, and we felt comfortable with the situation. They loved their little separate space. The second thing is that the upstairs loft area gets really hot so we recommend turning the heat down at night to keep that from happening. House was very clean. Hot tub was great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place for a quiet, peaceful getaway. It was very clean and had special touches that made us feel at home. The sounds of nature, especially the rushing creek on the property, were an added bonus. We plan to return for a stay in the future.

Mary was absolutely wonderful! Even on our way to the property all the way from Iowa she was communicating, generous and flexible, and remained that way throughout our stay. She was so kind and became a bit of an unseen celebrity to the family by the end of the week as my teenage kids liked to say hi her to her through the ring doorbell every time we came or went! The property was wonderful and was exactly what my wife had wanted for our spring break trip. Close enough to the city but still private, secluded, and beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous place! I randomly needed a getaway and chose The Raven, and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and quiet, providing the relaxation I needed. Anna was a great host, checking in on us to make sure we were doing well. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind!

This cabin is the perfect place for peace and quiet! It was clean, charming and surrounded by nature. We had a relaxing and rejuvenating visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Chris & Suzy are amazing host! The cabin is exactly as the pictures show. You can show up with clothes and food and not need anything else. They have really thought of it all. They did a great job with decorating, preparing the kitchen, bathrooms and back porch or all of your needs. I would defiantly recommend staying here! 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay especially with the beautiful scenery from Lookout Mountain. We had hoped to have better space to walk the dog, and would’ve preferred to not be so close to a busy road.

If you enjoy unique stays, need to get away, or are just traveling through town... Jennifers place is perfect. The A-frame is brand new, incredibly clean, extremely functional space, great to just relax and spend time in. It was one of the coziest and most comfortable space we have stayed in. Jennifer is a great host, she even left us homemade sourdough scones! Jenner went above and beyond in every way, communication was amazing, always responded to us right away, and set great expectations and instructions for how to get in and prepare to leave. Big thanks for Jennifer and their team! - Please do yourself a favor and stay here.

Lori’s place was so cozy, immediately upon curling up on the couch it was like I was at home, minus the hustle and bustle of people coming and going. I was at peace, comfortable, cozy and relaxed. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully when we have more time to stay. I highly recommend this cottage, it’s magical.

Stevie’s cabin was perfect for my family. The photos captured it wonderfully and we had everything we needed. The games upstairs were so great for my kids and the big bedroom (with bathroom) downstairs had fantastic natural light and a big king bed! Also, Stevie was readily available whenever we needed her. We’ll definitely be back!

it was a great stay, especially for the price. it's a quick walk to the river. you can launch kayaks, or paddle boards from there. Max and I had a great time there.

Kylene was very responsive and helpful!!! We had a very relaxing week and were perfectly located for what we wanted to do, which was hike, relax and see Chattanooga some. We were minutes from Cloudland canyon, lookout mountain/Ruby falls and Chattanooga! As a pilots daughter I LOVED being at the little airport and watching the gliders and meeting the amazing people in the area! The river with the trail was perfect for evening walks! Thank you for a great week Kylene, we would love to visit again!

This cabin is spacious, clean and quiet. It is not too far way from good restaurants. Rock city, ruby falls, lookout mountain and cloud land canyon state park we’re at drivable distance. Kitchen had good amount of pots,pans and utensils. We didn’t use the kitchen much. Overall great place to rent if you are traveling with family and friends.

Wonderful place, easy to access from main highway. Rachel is a great host, great communication. Cabin was clean and very well maintained. Will definitely be back!

This area is simply breathtaking! It’s incredibly peaceful and cozy. I absolutely loved waking up to the stunning views and the refreshing mountain air. Rachel was incredibly accommodating and made our stay absolutely perfect.

I highly recommend it. Our entire church group loved the place. We were 64 people and it accommodated everyone very well. Dormitories are next to the refectory and temple (1-2 min walk). There are games to have fun (snooker and others), kayaks on the lake and life jackets, as well as fishing rods. The space has little lighting, so you need flashlights to move around outside at night. The beds are great, the showers are small, but for a few days it's not a problem. All areas have air conditioning, so no one got sick from the heat and we were able to carry out all the planned activities. The kitchen is big enough, but the stove is not as fast as we thought (because at church we cook on an industrial stove, as there is a lot of food). The hosts were always helpful, we had questions regarding garbage disposal and a problem with the kitchen plumbing, but they promptly helped. We are all talking about our next retreat being at this location again!

This is an amazing property; wonderfully peaceful with plenty of amenities. Close to the state park, yet still quiet. Tucked back off the road so road noise is minimal. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was phenomenal. The kitchen had everything you could think of and the office was a great additional feature! Can’t recommend this place enough, plus Raymond is an amazing host. Quite frankly the best place I’ve ever rented!

Amazing! We wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days and this turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Truly the best of both worlds as the cabin is nestled away in the peace and quiet atop the mountains, however, you’re still only a quick drive away from the downtown bars and restaurants in Chattanooga. The cabin is extremely clean, cozy and we greatly appreciated the modern touches and extra amenities. Thank you Katherine!
