We loved Hip in the Tree Tops!!! My family had a wonderful stay! It was better than the photos! So peaceful, beautiful, and clean! Super convenient for Ruby Falls, and Rock City which we thoroughly enjoyed! We also popped downtown to the aquarium in what felt like no time at all! What a lovely place I would definitely visit again! :)

This Airbnb is at a perfect location, only minutes away from Covenant College, where my children attend. I traveled with my elderly parents who have vision, mobility and short term memory impairments. There are LED lights in the ceilings and ample lighting throughout. The place was open which made it easy for my father to use his walker. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom so my father did not get confused in the middle of the night when he woke up to go to the bathroom; the bathroom was right there. There are two bathrooms so that I had privacy getting ready. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed for me to use and a wonderful back porch. Jennie thought of everything, from hangers in the closet to a coffee and tea station with all the fixings. I truly could relax. I can't recommend this place enough.

This home is perfect for a large group! We had plenty of room to move around without getting in each others way! The kitchen was great, cooking was easy and kitchen well stocked. They do need sharper knives though. The dining room was great and the living room very spacious! It could be the best all around rental we have booked!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

Perfect for our visits to the in laws. Very good value compared to Mountain Cove Farms Resort, AND NO RATS! Strong WiFi and just calming, pleasant surroundings.

Mary's house is fantastic. The house is very large and roomy and just as described. The sunsets are amazing at the top of the mountain. You can see the never ending views from basically any room of the house, and of course from the deck. We ate our meals out everyday, but the kitchen is huge. There is just so much to do within 20 minutes of the house, you'll never not have anything to do while you are at Mary's house.

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

This was the perfect little place, peaceful and quiet, just steps away from a field where you can see the hang gliders land. Cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

We were in town for a wedding. Great place to stay we enjoyed our time here. We had everything we needed was beautiful,clean and had lots of extra things you might would need during your stay.
