Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
