Wonderful space and location! Walk to the beach and pool was easy and quick - about a 5 min. The beach accessories were great - plenty of chairs, beach toys and a bonus wagon which made transport that much easier. The restaurants in the village were excellent and family friendly. The unit was just as listed - clean, organized and easy to navigate. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. We really enjoyed our stay. Dave was a great host. He was proactive and easy to reach. Located in a great area that was peaceful and safe. The back patio was extremely nice and spacious. The views of the night sky and surrounding landscape was beautiful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and abundant. Would stay here again.

The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

Only great things to say about this stay. The photographs do not do this place justice. The beach was a very short golf cart drive, and was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat.

Such a great stay! From the moment we walked in, the cozy coastal furnishings set the perfect vibe. Even though it’s a two-bedroom bungalow, it felt super spacious, and the backyard was packed with great amenities. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time—no spring break crowds and nearly empty beaches! Shopping and restaurants were just a mile away with tons of free parking, and a short drive brought us to waterfront dining and bars. Even with some road construction nearby, walking to the beach was no problem at all. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and easy to navigate. Plus, having a grocery store and CVS close by was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I had such a fabulous stay at Aspasia’s place! The location is incredible, easily walkable to several spots and the beach chairs and neighborhood tram service made getting to the beach hassle free. We checked out the pool one day and had a lovely afternoon. Hope to return!

We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

We had a great stay at Ali & Tommy’s beach cottage! Location was super convenient to everything and also very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed grilling out a few nights. We also enjoyed having coffee every morning on the front porch, riding our bikes on 30a and walking our dogs around the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it!

Nice place! Danilo’s response time was quick. The location was very nice, within walking distance to the Baytowne Wharf. Easy drive or shuttle ride to the beach. Was told the pools were heated but found out once arriving that only one was heated and it was the one that had to be driven to, not the resort pool. Do agree with a previous review, a full sized mirror would be very nice in the condo. The condo could use some updated utensils/ cooking ware in the kitchen. Ex; ice cube trays in freezer, new cooking pans. Overall enjoyable stay! Clean and cozy. The beach chairs were a plus.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway!!! I loved all the amenities and how everything was so close!! Florin was very accommodating and answered my questions very quickly which is wonderful. The bed was super comfortable! I will be back to stay and I will also recommend his place to my friends and family!!

We will definitely be booking with Amanda again! She thought of absolutely everything, the condo was gorgeous with a beautiful ocean side view! Amanda provided restaurant, grocery and shopping locations, prompt response to every question we had!

Wendy is super helpful and responsive as was everyone I dealt with at the resort. It is a huge place but all you need to do is ask and someone will help you. That size also means once you turn in the gates you are in this beautiful, pristine resort, with everything you could desire for a beach vacation. Loved the old Florida style architecture in the section where Wendy’s property is located. There were also bikes to rent and a little bay front village that looks like something out of Pirate’s of the Caribbean but with fun shops and restaurants. They had a concert on the green my first night. All an easy walk from Wendy’s rental. I didn’t know about Sandestin resort before this but will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jodie’s place. For reference, our group included a couple, two young children and Grandma. We appreciated plenty of space for our family and enjoyed most of our meals at home or at the beach. We visited several 30A beaches during our weeklong stay and also enjoyed the pool. Her storage closet was full of everything needed for pool and beach fun. Jodie was kind and responsive. Her home is exactly as pictured.

After hours parking passes seemed more challenging than they should have been. Different instructions provided to me by front desk and guard house, different instructions still once the latecomer arrived and spoke to the guard house (fortunately they “made an exception” and let the 2nd car in without issue). Would be nice if the toilet paper provided to get started was upgraded. Standard issue tissue paper style leaves much to be desired. Annoying walking to the beach in the mornings because the pool doesn’t open until 10:00 so you have to walk around and signage on property doesn’t make that clear until you’ve already walked [most of] the wrong way. Would stay again for the value.

Great room , we will be back again ! Amazing view , kitchen came very well stocked which was great since we wanted to cook some. Great location , only had a small issue with the digital keypad on the door locking us out for an hour due to low battery , but otherwise completely worry free trip and as advertised .

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!
