This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
