We loved our stay at Kerry's Cottages! Beautiful outdoor area surrounded by Autumn leaves. The cottage was very comfortable and was close to lots of great walks. Looking forward to coming back !

Had a wonderful stay at Foundry Cottage. Really loved the backyard where we spent a good bit of time just relaxing and reading. The outside area was perfect for a BBQ on the final evening and the location was great for a short walk into the Main Street to access the fabulous local restaurants and cafes. Anthony was very proactive in communication and provide some options to explore as well as guidance for charging spots for our EV. The bread and milk, combined with some breakfast options was also a homely warm touch that made settling in easier. We will be booking again for our next trip to Rutherglen.

We loved our New Year's break at the Captain's Cottage. Jamie and Linda are great hosts who, after providing some excellent recommendations for things to do in the area in advance and making us feel welcome when checking in, respected our privacy throughout our stay. They were particularly patient with our dog, who also took a shine to them, and was fond of visiting them without an invitation! The cottage itself was clean, cosy and lived up to the other excellent reviews. Jamie and Linda had thought of everything: from the quaint nautical themed decor to the complimentary breakfast supplies and port. Highlights for us were the hot tub, the views of sunset from the veranda, and saying hello to the horses in the neighbouring paddock. Our only regrets by the end of our visit were that we didn't find time to use the pool and that we didn't stay for longer!

We visited Beechworth to attend the paranormal investigations tour at the Asylum. The cottage is 3 mins drive from the pub (where we had a great feed) and about 5 from the asylum. Don’t trust Apple Maps, the cottage is ‘just’ out of town. The home is beautiful, and the linen is the softest you’ll find. The water is HOT so if you’re going to spa, only run the hot to the jets then change to cold. Highlight: the duckies walking through the back lawn as we relaxed outside with a drink.

Very quiet stay in a quiet part of the country - exactly what we were after! The accommodation is a little dated but very clean and has a beautiful outlook over a billabong. Anne and Maurie were very welcoming and we enjoyed our brief stay a lot. Thanks

We love our stay at the Ingram cottage at Beechworth during beautiful autumn. The cottage is lovely, warming, clean, spacious and close to everything the town has to offer. My toddler son loves board games, watching small beautiful birds in the mornings in the courtyard and showers in the spa bed. This is one of the best places we’ve ever visited for weekend getaways and would love to come back again in near future.

Amazing Cottage & amenities for a romantic time away. Fantastic & private rural location amongst the Trees & adjacent to the river. An easy 30 minute stroll into town. Has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip away. Linda (Host) was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Orchard Cottage just after Easter 2025. The weather was perfect and so was our temporary home and beautiful surrounding countryside. Jamie and Linda had provided eggs, bacon and bread for our first breakfast and the kitchen was stocked with butter, coffee, tea cereal and a carafe of port on the table too. The beds were firm and comfortable with deep plush doonas – plenty of extra blankets in the cupboard if required – but with aircon and the wood burner no need. The fire was already made up and ready to go. We really enjoyed playing in the backgarden and visiting the chickens. Took a few dips in the pool - very chilly (it was late April). Lots to do in Beechworth (but was very busy being Easter), Yackandandah was a bit more chilled. Would love to come back

Loved our stay here. Stayed here as a 3 generation family holiday and everyone loved it from the grandparents to the kids. Our miniature schnauzer loved exploring the beautiful garden and backyard as well. The house was very well equipped and provided a great home base for our stay. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Beautiful, pristine home within metres of town. An unbeatable location. Our family of 5 plus our border collie thoroughly enjoyed our stay - this home was a cool sanctuary in the heat of Summer. Highly recommend ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage, beautifully styled by Cate. Comfortable and well equipped, with fabulous outdoor spaces. Loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning listening to the chorus of birds. And with a wine of an evening watching the sunset behind the gums. Camp fire at night under the stars is not to be missed! The farms location is superb, with easy access to some truly beautiful spots on the river. Further afield there is much to explore, historic towns and wineries. Recommend a visit to the unique and charming Byramine Homestead & Brewery. So pleased we found this lovely, peaceful accommodation that allowed us to holiday with our dogs. A big thank you to our wonderful hosts for providing the beautiful weather. 😆

Divine historic cottage- perfect for the two of us for our Albury stop over. Thoughtfully decorated with beautiful special touches and historic photos and items which contributed to the wonderful history of the house. Beautifully furnished with every amenity needed to enjoy our stay - comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and an attractive, fenced rear garden for our dog to enjoy along with us. Easy walk to a couple of great cafes & a few minutes drive to city centre so very well located. Definitely one of the best AirB&B’s we’ve ever stayed in & we look forward to our next visit. Hosts very friendly, communicative & helpful.

It was the best place to stay to end our road trip from Sydney, just wish we had of stayed on the way up as well. Fiona was so lovely & up for a chat. She was also patient with my kids & showing them the goats & of course belly rubs for Finn. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast items & sitting with a cuppa watching the sun rise over the mountains was magical. We will be back for sure! Thanks again Fiona, Chris, Finn, Boots & Storm 🩷

Crabapple Cottage was a lovely little cottage in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. It was well presented & well equipped for our stay. We love the location so it suited us perfectly for what we wanted to do as well as a place we could just relax & feel at home. David was a wonderful host & checked in on us to make sure everything was ok & always communicated well throughout our stay. He made sure you felt welcomed & at home during your stay. I would definitely recommend Crabapple Cottage.

The cottage was a very spacious for the price with a large private garden. The description as rustic is accurate, but we felt it was priced accordingly. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pans for cooking, and good cutlery/crockery. As others have suggested it would benefit from some window coverings for the bathroom and the glass door looking onto the gate. It would also be good to have some heating in the bedroom as winter approaches. However, overall I have rated it 5 as I think value for money given the size of the property went a long way. Lovely views from the back deck for breakfast too. We would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that made our visit truly special. Mr. Miles was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The pool was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. One of the highlights was Dexter, the adorable and grown-up dog—we loved playing with him! Additionally, the location was perfect for stargazing. The clear night skies provided an incredible view of the stars, making our evenings even more magical. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to visit again!

We had a great weekend at Oxley. It's a beautiful rural setting which is within easy reach to Myrtleford and Bright. The accommodation is utra spacious and clean with all the facilities plus options for breakfast and great coffee.

Golfing was our reason for the stay, it was convenient in distance and gave 2 couples ample space in the home to chill out. We enjoyed using the BBQ and relaxing in the evening. Location is great for a swim in the river at the end of the road. Peaceful setting, thanks for the relaxing and comfortable stay.

We loved our stay! The place was gorgeous. Linda left some food things for breakfast that was so generous, tasty and appreciated. The fruit trees are amazing. As gardeners we were very jealous and impressed! Beechworth in autumn is stunning. The fire was lovely and the view out the back was enjoyed so much over a cup of tea. We also really appreciated Linda’s swift reply and the early check in after we had done a 3 day bush walk! Thank you for your hospitality we had such a great time.

We stayed at the cottage with friends (4 adults, 3 kids) and it suited us perfectly! Easy walking distance to supermarket, cafes, river for swimming. Kitchen was well equipped, stove/oven worked well. Lovely deck area for cocktail hour after a day of biking or hiking. The host Jacci was responsive and friendly. Can't wait to return!

Such an amazing getaway for a peaceful rejuvenation. We loved every minute of our stay, the hosts are awesome, so friendly and had such an amazing recommendations of local places to see, eat. And, the dog Bailey is such a huge morale boost. We will certainly be back as this place is so central to so many amazing placed around to explore.

We had a lovely stay at Diane’s place. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our son especially loved spending time with the horse and chickens—it was a real highlight for him. Diane and her family were really friendly and helpful. A truly enjoyable experience!
