The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.
