I attended in the winter with my wife and toddler and we had a blast. It was cold and wet but it didn’t dampen our mood. There’s so much within walking distance and the apartment is wonderful. There’s an entire wall of toys which our daughter adored. The second bedroom has the most delightful cot with a little canopy so our daughter felt like she had her own little house. Notes for parents, the stairs are steep but the child gate is excellent. The entrance to the house can be tight if you have a large stroller like ours. We should have brought something smaller really. It’s a great place and we had a great time!

This is a terrific location in a nice area of the city center, right along a pretty canal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The central train station is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a relatively large living space with a bedroom area and convertible sofa. There was plenty of dishware and utensils for dining at “home”. There was also a washing machine but no dryer, so we did not use the washer but it was available with clothes pins etc. for hang drying. The bathroom had a clean shower with nice hot water and plenty of supplies like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Douwe was extremely responsive to our needs. We arrived early but he generously allowed us to check in while he finished cleaning the bathroom. He made us feel that he’d be available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

For our week in Amsterdam (first time visiting) Robbert’s place was in the perfect location to get to/from our trains as well as their public transit, many many restaurants and bars plus walkable to all the sights. We felt right at home and on low key evenings could run to the grocery across the square and cook a meal at the flat. Would recommend and stay again!

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

We expected we'd lucked out when we found an open window for an Airbnb with a 4.99 rating; we were right. Arjen was kind and responsive, attentive and helpful. He was there when we arrived at 8pm and gave us a tour of the local area for over an hour (!) that helped us find a great bakery (Bbrood on Zeedijk) and even get groceries for our hungry, tired kids. He clued us in to the IAMS car show that was in town just that weekend and had great advice about boat tours and more. I'd say he was as good as any concierge if I could think of any concierges who also double as free tour guides. On top of that his apartment is in a spectacular location, quiet, well appointed, and pleasant. The only challenge is the one for all great apartments in old-town Netherlands: very steep stairs that would pose a challenge for people with mobility issues. No help for that: if you have mobility issues you'll need someone not in the old town anyway. This was the best Airbnb experience my family has ever had.

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

This is lovely family home in lovely Dutch country village, Broek in Waterland, just a short drive or bus connection from Amsterdam. The house was under partial renovation (which the owners warned me for) when I was there for ten days this summer, but the fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room, and the amazing view from the garden on water and fields really made the stay very enjoyable. My friends loved the art, the books and general vibe of the house. Maartje and Maarten were excellent and very relaxed hosts who showed me around the house before they left on vacation. Oh and private parking is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Annie was the perfect host with all the check-in details and information needed for a great stay. The place is just as described but honestly better than we expected. we had everything we needed and more, many special details and the place is super charming and homey. The city of Monnickendam was just perfect for us, as it is beautiful and people very friendly. Amsterdam is convenient as well as Volendam .. we visited both. There are many local shops and restaurants in the area with a very relaxing environment. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean. Annie gave us great instructions and information and was available by phone right away with any questions we had. One of the best Airbnb experiences all around, we really did not want to leave and look forward to a return trip. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento ad Amsterdam con la mia ragazza e un’altra coppia di amici. L’ appartamento è spazioso, moderno e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirci come a casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ideale per preparare qualche pasto o una colazione prima di uscire a esplorare la città. Jan e Katharina sono stati degli host molto disponibili. In generale, l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un posto comodo e ben posizionato per visitare Amsterdam.

Proper en ruim verblijf voor 7-8 personen. Zeer goede voorzieningen en uitstekende gastvrijheid. Wij zelf houden van het gevoel van privacy. We hebben Immy zelf niet gezien tijdens ons verblijf maar als er iets was, konden we haar contacteren. Prima

Jörg and Hanne were really respectful and helpful hosts. Location is really close to Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans. Area is really peaceful and nice. The only thing I would like to point out is that stairs to upper floor are a bit more narrow and if you travel with kids or older person you should be more careful. Our overall experience was really positive. The house has a lot of space and the garden is a highlight of this rental. All the best :)

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage ganz nah an Amsterdam. Toll mit Kindern und für Katzenliebhaber. Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie mit Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Broek in Waterland. Super accueil de Sjoerd très réactif, chaleureux et instructions très claires. Logement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de bus qui dessert le centre d'Amsterdam. Maison très propre et très charmante qui coche toutes les cases pour se ressourcer : située dans un village plein de charme, à proximité de la nature tout comme du centre Amsterdam. Je recommande vivement et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner. Un gros coup de cœur pour les villages du Waterland 😍

La casa di Elsbeth è molto bella e confortevole. Ha 2 giardini, uno davanti alla casa e uno sul retro, il posto auto e l interno della casa è molto curato, il tutto in un paesino delizioso a pochi minuti da Amsterdam ( bus a 5 minuti a piedi) o dai favolosi paesi di Marken, Volendam, Edam. Inoltre eravamo in compagnia di un dolce gattino e di 3 galline. Fantastico

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had a friendly welcome to a very clean and stylish apartment. The local bars and restaurants were great and a supermarket just 3 min walk away. Isabelle was very responsive and had some great recommendations. And the chocolate and bubbles were a fantastic welcome. Thank you so much.

Joost & Amy have a beautiful apartment in a nice & calm neighbourhood in Amsterdam South. The home is tastefully decorated and has all amenities to have a relaxed stay. The area is easily reached by train and metro from the city and the airport, and has a lot of restaurants and shops. De Pijp and Albert Cuyp market is within walking distance. We had some issues with the heating but the hosts were responsive and we managed to find a solution that was acceptable to all of us.

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cosy and comfortable and In a calm and beautiful area of town. Would definitely go back!

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto. Abbiamo dormito tre notti, cinque persone, comodamente, in piena tranquillità. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava tutto molto in ordine, con tutti gli elettrodomestici a disposizione. Quindici minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni per andare in centro. Una gradevole passeggiata. Un supermercato a sette/otto minuti a piedi, molto comodo e molto fornito.
