We welcome one well-behaved dog and have our own field with mown pathways which you are free to explore and other walks nearby.

Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. A must is a visit to the famous Norfolk Broads National Park.

In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.
