It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front porch and watch the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and enjoy this busy working river. Recently remodeled cottage, very quiet and close to everything. Located in the American Narrows between Swan Bay and Point Vivian. We do have a private dock available for an extra fee, water levels permitting.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 and has a large yard with a spacious deck that has enclosed railings to keep pets and kids safe! The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your nightly cocktails!
