Everything was as expected.Good location if going to events on LSU campus. Roomy space nothing flashy but comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice place and conveniently located to LSU and other amenities. We enjoyed our stay watching the LSU Tigers take Tennessee in the three game baseball series!

I had an amazing stay. This is my second time booking with the host Torin and I must say he is a Super Host indeed. The amenities he provides allows for a real home away from home feel. Check in was a breeze and the place was just as described. Definitely will be staying again. Highly recommend!

this place was so close to every place that we visited. everything was very clean and very cutesy. she had every amenity that we needed and the instructions were very clear! will be coming back.

Terry is a great host who communicated effectively. His condo is nice and perfect for an LSU stay. I mean...you can walk to the Chimes! The complex is def skewed toward younger crowd (probably a lot of students) but that's where it is. right on top of campus. Which is what makes it walkable for LSU events! The complex was surprisingly quiet, however. Will def stay here again and Geaux Tigers!

It was very convenient for location, not far from where I needed to be and once I figured out a driving route it was more enjoyable since it didn't take too long to get to where I needed to be with avoiding the highways since everyone drives like it's a nascar track. The place itself was cozy and clean. I hope to be back soon!

Great location to downtown Baton Rouge. The condo is new, part of the apartments expansion. Clean on the inside and out and very peaceful. Mary gave us very clear instructions to checkin and answered all of my questions throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here if passing thru the city.

Clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Perfect for our visit to watch LSU baseball. It was a 10 min. drive to Alex Box.

Place was very clean and great location. The correct building an apartment is a little tricky to find at first but make sure your following instructions. The only instruction that wasn’t accurate was there wasn’t an additional stairwell code as mentioned during our stay but we figured it out. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely try and stay here again due to the proximity to LSU. We were there to visit our son who is a student there and it was absolutely perfect.

Great stay! Perfect location to enjoy sporting events at LSU - walkable if needed and easy to get to baseball and softball games. Clean and well appointed and beds very comfortable.

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent place for a getaway or on business. Quiet and comfortable with easy access. Shopping and restaurants not even 5 minutes away!

Super cute little place in a good quiet neighborhood! Loved how everything within the complex is gated/code required. Super convenient location; everything we needed was only a 10 or less minute drive away. Brayden was great and super helpful. We had an issue with the pool gate code not working for us and he was quick to respond and get this figured out for us. He even checked in multiple times throughout our short stay. If we are ever in the BR area in the future we will absolutely stay again!
