Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Welcome to the Garden Suite with separate entrance. This cozy, self-contained suite offers privacy with its own entrance, making it perfect choice for couples, solo travelers or business guests seeking a quiet and convenient stay. Comfortable 2 bedroom (with Queen beds), 1 bath, free parking, wifi, washer & dryer and Roku TV. Suite is thoughtfully stocked with essentials. No pets are allowed, and the suite is not childproofed for kids under 6. Smoking is permitted on patio.

Come relax in our family and pet friendly house. Fully fenced private yard and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. Lots of parking. It feels like a small town in the middle of Salt Lake Valley. 20 minutes from downtown and access to everything. Safe neighborhood. Most Dog shows within 20 minutes. Many ski resorts within 1 hour. The 2002 Olympic Oval is 10 minutes away.

Public transit hubs close by and Bangerter Highway right around the corner. Only 3 miles to I-15. We also have high speed internet and cable T.V.. Plenty of room for entertaining. Great for families, business travelers, couples or solo adventurers.
