Just 15 minutes from chch airport, 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants, 20 minutes into the town Centre and just over an hour to the ski fields this rural cottage is central to all your needs. 5 minutes up the road is the National Equine Centre and Mcleans Island which has walks, bike tracks, Orana Zoo and multiple paint balling and other activities. Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land.

Quiet and Rural

Separate dwelling, 20 meters away from the family home. Modern. Six years old. This is a great place to unwind and hit the reset button. Quiet and peaceful. Good shower, comfy beds and a large 60-inch TV. Easy to use, just turn it on to tv channels. We are in the country, so the shops are 15 minutes away by car. We have had a little break this year from the Airbnb. We are eager to get back into it from October 2025.
