This home is less than 5 minutes drive from i20, 2.8 miles from the coliseum 5 miles from the mall and many more restaurants and activities.

The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

This sits on an acre property with another 5-room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or extending as needed. The bed size is Queen. 32" TV The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please consider this fact before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
