NB Apologies hot tub is not available over christmas 23/24/25 December. Stroll to the Three Horseshoes or Jeremy Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog nearby. Ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, and Blenheim Palace. High-speed WiFi. No disposable BBQs please.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

You will also find yourself within easy reach of plenty of renowned towns, such as Burford, Woodstock, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, all of which will enable you to enjoy a fantastic Cotswold holiday.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Cotswold Barn near The Bull, Farmhouse & Clarkson

This quirky & comfortable converted barn is within one of the Cotswolds' most quintessentially idyllic villages. Down the road from Diddly Squat & Soho Farmhouse this space can be a base from which you can explore this attractive area or a portal that transports you to Mongolia, Bhutan & Myanmar. The mini felt yurt is a fun place for kids to sleep or a space for enjoying library of travel books.
