You have easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham by train, bus and car. Pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the stunning view.

Truffles Barn is a modern barn conversion, completed 2023, over-looking a wild flower meadow situated in the heart of the Witterings. Local pubs, footpaths, shops & the sea are just minutes away. Guests enjoy a large open-plan interior space, plus a fantastic garden area with hot tub (as an optional extra), en-suite shepherds hut, fire pit & outdoor dining areas. Great for a peaceful & relaxed group or family break (not suitable for stag/hen do’s/party groups unfortunately).

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
