Just 15mins from the Airport in the heart of the Swan Valley. A short drive or taxi ride to all the Valley has to offer. Margaret River Chocolate Factory, over 40 world class wineries, restaurants, 6 Boutique breweries, cideries and distilleries Local produce and family activities. Cottage Hideaway in Brigadoon

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

'Colorino Homestay' - relax in the Swan Valley

We specialise in catering for children and infants, with space outside for your children to play in a secure location when you have down time. We have games, books, and appropriate furniture for children of any age. You have access to our washing machine anytime you need it, at no charge. We live next door, under the same roof and are available to help in any way we can at any time. Jim and Elaine.

Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.

Foothills Vista

This serene hideaway is tucked away in the charming Swan Valley! Just a hop, skip, and a jump from fabulous wineries, breweries, and mouthwatering restaurants. Kick back, chill out, and soak in the stunning vistas of the Perth hills and those adorable farm paddocks (yep, sometimes you’ll spot grazing goats living their best lives!).

1 or 2 bedroom hillside suite with river views

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the river or relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Swan Valley and Perth Hills. The guest suite is the entire ground floor of our house with its own private entrance, garden and private deck. We welcome adults only. Sorry, no children.
