We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

This was a great spot for us. It was easy to get in and out and explore around. We really enjoyed the use of this apartment, it met all our needs, was clean and tidy and had all we could ask for. We enjoyed getting to explore around the town and were appreciative of the helpful guidebook that was provided in the apartment. She was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with her as we came and went during our time. The neighborhood is a cool area that we enjoyed exploring. This spot helped make our trip a great one.

The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Absolutely adored this home and will certainly be back! Home was extremely clean and walking distance to the beach, even with toddlers. Excellent restaurants and so much to do locally! Hosts were very accommodating and responded immediately with anything asked! 10/10!

Gorgeous house and location. The beach is beautiful and literally steps away. Kitchen and downstairs bath, both decks, and grill area were outstanding. Views are beautiful. Restaurants in the area are delicious. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

I came here in December, it was quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and it has a lot of space. If you bring a dog they have a huge fenced-in yard. The kitchen is very well equipped and I had everything I needed. It’s very close to the beach and there is plenty to do here in the summer. If you have kids, they are going to love it here! If you want to explore Cape Cod, this is the time of year to do that. The beaches are beautiful and so many wonderful downtowns. I hope to visit again next year.

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Great place with an awesome host. Quiet close to everything and has everything you could need. The incidentals in bathroom are a thoughtful touch. This place is very comfortable.

Place was amazing and spacious. To bad we didn't have more time to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.
