We've stayed here before; this is our second visit. The house is just great. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a bug living room (with a jukebox!) and a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need in it. I love that John leaves stuff that you need like milk and essentials in the cupboards. Hebden Bridge is lovely, you can go on walks right from the back door of the house and everything about the house just feels like somewhere where John wants to make it feel personal and like you're welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

A beautiful, quirky cottage that was ideally suited. Very close to Newmillerdam and its restaurants and pubs. More suited to shorter guests below 5 foot 8 as the door frames, mirrors and shower are all pretty low. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Beautiful place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person! pool table is a great addition to the house, nice and spacious too would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay here☺️

The place was amazing and Heather and Brian were very helpful and just lovely people. The house is in a gorgeous location and the summer house overlooks a wonderful view. There's plenty of good hikes around and places to eat, I wish we had stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's property, it's very private and spacious and the hot tub down on the decking surrounded by trees gave us a feeling of peace and tranquility, the arga style cooker was very useful and we really enjoyed the convenience of it, all in all I would highly recommend it, the pictures on the listing are great but they don't do it justice.

We had a fantastic time at the nook for our honeymoon! It was a peaceful little getaway, where we felt secluded from the world while relaxing in the hot tub with the complimentary prosecco (thank you!). We loved being able to walk into the town through the park, go to the many cafes and restaurants with lots of vegan options. Ideal for a couples getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Burley In Wharfedale where I grew up- was a perfect stay and meeted all our requirements!

We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a knitting/crocheting/girly chill out! And it was just perfect! Sat on the comfy sofa with the most picturesque views - and thoroughly relaxed. Plenty on the doorstep for places to eat and strolls to take. I fully recommend it and want to return again!

Had a fantastic weekend with friends. Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Lots of great walks, pubs and cafes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Free parking 10 mins away - we dropped our bags at the door then parked.

well what can I say! we will definitely be back! this had everything you needed not just the hot tub, pool table and the wonderful balcony area but we were surprised to walk in to snacks, drinks stocked and an abundance of house hold items! everything was spotlessly clean with clear instructions on all appliances! we also walked in to see they had decorated for our anniversary (we were celebrating 11 years and a 1 year countdown to our wedding) this place will hold alot of wonderful memories and can't wait to come back one day! Lisa and Wass your place and yourselves are amazing!

This place was in an ideal location to access the Leeds city centre. The place had everything I needed for the 1 night stay. The hosts instructions were very clear. The hosts were very friendly and also provided me with some toothpaste that I had forgotten. Thank you.

This little cottage is a little gem, perfect for solo trip or a couple. This is a perfect location for me as it's central to everything I had planned for my trip. Really felt like home to me,was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and would bare in mind for my future stays. The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

We’ve stayed at Kerry’s place before. It’s ideally located for transport links, places to eat, pubs, supermarket and the superb local market. We love it here. Everywhere in Todmorden is dog friendly, the park is opposite and there are numerous walks. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.
