Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sonya was a great host and the flat met all our needs we had. Bedrooms were comfortable, the place was clean and tidy and the entertainment from board and video games to table football was a nice touch. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

The garden is like a tranquil oasis of calm. A true gem. We had good weather so we’re lucky enough to be able to enjoy the garden. Even the garden furniture was quality. Felt right at home.

Steve was an extremely responsive host and his place worked perfectly for me and my time in Southend. Location is excellent for commuting with Chalkwell Station being a 5 min walk down the road. Restaurants are fantastic too with plenty to meet everyone’s tastes!

Great venue- smack in the centre of Leigh. 5 minutes from the beach, 1 min from every thing else! Very clean place. Lovely to have the balcony. Great place

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Minster-on-Sea. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully it was designed with accessibility in mind -everything was easily accessible for those with mobility issues, which made a big difference for our group. The people I was caring for really enjoyed their time there - it was smiles all round, which meant the world to me. It's refreshing to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. I'm so glad we found this gem and would absolutely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be returning!

Mark is a great host with a well presented property. Very comfortable throughout with all the amenities we needed. Having broadband/wi-fi at the property was fantastic too! We will definitely return.

Stunning High end finished property in a lovely part of Leigh-on-Sea. The host was terrific with helping us have a truly good stay. The house is literally the best Airbnb we have stayed in this area. The garden is a terrific space and lovely views over the estuary and with sunrise to sunset it has a wonderful position. The place was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. With all the walkable restaurants, shops and bars it's difficult to check out and not want to move in full time. Really worth booking if you can get in at any time. Thank you!

Our stay at Jane's place was lovely. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful garden and terrace. Quiet in the evenings. We loved it here and had a great stay. Jane was very friendly and respects your privacy. This is a superhost.

We had a fantastic family stay at 3A Seaforth Road in Southend. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for the kid to play and unwind. The location is ideal – close to the beach, parks, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was easy, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back for another family break and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

Great location - close to transport and the restaurants and the buzz of Leigh … but also really quiet. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional extras with brilliant facilities. And Karen was absolutely awesome.

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout.
