The chalet is a warm and comfy place to relax, cool off, hike/bike a trail or two, enjoy long-range views(elevation is 3,383 feet - Mt Mitchell is 6,683), listen to some good music, sip your favorite drink, and rejuvenate your soul. Roaring Fork Chalet has paved roads that are all well-maintained. The mountain roads are curvy, and the subdivision is steep in parts. No four-wheel drive is needed to get to the chalet except in the winter months. Dog accepted with/ prior approval (fee applies).

Log Haven at Travelers Rest

Take to the Woods and discover a private, peaceful “Hallmark card” cabin overlooking a 2 acre stream fed pond (plenty of Large Mouth Bass & Sun fish) alongside 12 acres of Pine & hardwood forest with paths, kayaks and peddle boat for your enjoyment. Lounge on the wide wrap around porch, al fresco dining, hammock naps, grilling, campfires. A magical getaway yet close to the super cute town Travelers Rest, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman U. Cleaned professionally; Owner managed and live on site.

Little House/Pet Friendly/Swing/Fire Pit/Boat

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The Asheville Frog

Climb a set of exterior stairs thru your private entrance and enter a bright, airy, modern space with some mid-century charm. You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.

Urban Oasis near South End - upstairs unit

In addition to the primary apartment, there is a large porch with doors from both the living area and the kitchen. The shower has modern exposed piping. We will provide miniature shampoos and soaps (just like a hotel would!). There is a second smart TV in the bedroom. Free parking for two vehicles in the dedicated parking. The kitchen is full size kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle, creamer, and sugar.

Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). The neighborhood is perfectly peaceful and safe, yet accessible to all things West Asheville!
