Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Spacious Apartment! Easy on & off of I-91 & I-90

Located off of Northampton St. this 2nd floor apartment is close to I-91, I-90 & 391 making for quick & easy travel! There is a beautiful park up the street including a playground, hiking trails and dog park. The Holyoke Mall is located nearby and there is a Walgreens 0.3 miles away. Free street parking. This apartment has one queen bed, two twin beds & a futon in the sun-room if needed for extra guests. This is a private apartment with kitchen, laundry and bathroom all to yourself!

Private Farm Studio Apartment

Our farm is a quiet, 5+ acre haven one mile from the center of Easthampton and 8-12 minutes from Smith College/Northampton. It's a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. The private studio apartment is on the first level of our rustic farmhouse and offers a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. A sofabed is available for an extra $20 fee, please request this upon booking.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Cozy Brick House in Chicopee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
