The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

The water pressure in both of the home's walk-in showers will blow your mind and everyone will want to try out the remote-controlled bidet in the Master Bathroom. Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.

A centrally-located duplex suite in beautiful Agoura Hills. Great restaurants, wine-tasting, hikes and bike trails minutes away. Only a 25 minute drive to Zuma beach in Malibu. The private suite shares a wall with the main house where you will hear family life from time to time.
