The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Clairville is among the oldest sandstone buildings (circa 1600s) in central Ross-on-Wye. This comfortable Ground Floor Apartment provides the perfect base to access the towns Restaurants, Period Pubs and Bars while being in walking distance of the Forest and River. Symonds Yat, Mountain Bike trails, Canoes or Paddleboarding are only 15 minutes away. Within an hour, the Welsh mountains, Hay on Wye, Ledbury, Malvern hills and showgrounds. Or relax in your garden terrace dining & seating areas.

Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

This cottage offers a luxury couples hideaway with magnificent surroundings views

Overlooking the treetops of the adjacent orchard, towards the beautiful Wye Valley and onward to the Forest of Dean, Treetops is a newly refurbished retreat for two people

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.

The Woodman's Bothy

This Eco-Friendly house comes with civilised compost toilets, outside showers and low energy fridge/kettle. With plenty of parking onsite, its close to The Forest of Dean, two miles to the River and Ross on Wye.

Heaven. Cosmos. Spirit. Sky is one of our two biggest ones and is also accessible to most folks. Something treehouses are not normally known for. And as with all of our Pods, she is perfect for a couple. You can fit two more in though... As there is a hidden single bed and a pukka day bed in there too.
