Come to relax in this modern fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in the lush bush close to Titirangi Village in the Waitakeres, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD. Light breakfast is provided. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

Located in beautiful Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, it provides quick access to several scenic beaches, bays, Shakespeare Regional Park, and is perfect if your boat is having maintenance carried out in the marina. With ferry services to Auckland and nearby islands, plus access to cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and a laundromat nearby, you'll have everything needed for a relaxing coastal retreat.

The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
