The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Ubytování defacto nemá chybu. Skvělé i pro děti, najdou si zde zábavu.

Great place, great apartment. The only problem is the noise during the evening and partly also during the night. If you want to sleep you might have a problem. Lively beer pub under the window and, electronic music club in the building (we visited on Friday night and some techno or disco took place there, so we could hear it until 2am or s). Perfect for those who come to have fun and party outside, less for those looking for a quieter place to sleep.

Excellent stay in Brno, the Airbnb was centrally located and very well maintained. Very friendly staff as well so perfect stay to be honest. Would be back for sure!

minimalistic lifestyle on the go! clean easy living with nice simple design! felt right at home on vacation! a must if you plan on staying short or long time . short walk to grocery and easy to get to transit !

Very pleasant stay. Even the taxi driver said “Wow you’re staying here?” When we arrived so knew it was a great location. Close to local shops and amenities. Very close to the Christmas markets max 30 min walk away from the furthest one. Alen was super flexible with the check in and out. Gave us a lot more time in the flat. They have a reception and laundry room in the building which is great if you accidentally leave the keys in the flat which we did (Whoops!) Thank you for being a great host Alen. Lovely apartment, we will definitely stay again.

Veldig fin leilighet for store grupper. Stor og moderne leilighet med fine fasiliteter. Inn- og utsjekking var enkelt ved bruk av nøkkelboks. Vi fikk også lov til å sette bagasjen i leiligheten noen timer før innsjekking. Leiligheten anbefales varmt!

Unglaubliche Aussicht aus dem 35. Stock. Billa im Haus. U2 Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Und als Zugabe gab es noch ein Rammstein Konzert im Happel Stadion.

We stayed in this apartment as a group of five friends with two dogs, and everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for a group stay. Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. The location is excellent—close to the city center and with a nice place to eat just around the corner. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or pets!

Ours a month long stay. Sept 2024. The apt had a wonderful spacious layout. Long hallway leads to the large living/kitchen. Hardwood floors. Off the main hallway was the shower/sink bathroom; and a separate toilet room. The bedroom was accessible through the bathroom, and also from the kitchen/living room. Large old windows. Lots of clothes storage in the bedroom. There were too few bath towels. Upon our having inquired about this, more were delivered. The shower was a concern as it did not drain well, and water leaked at the base of the glass panel. But all was attended to, rectified by the hosts promptly when we notified them of the issues. With warmer/summer temps there can be outdoor cafe/people noise until very late. Once the weather cooled, noises calmed down. Steady stream of cars on street below, all coming from Mariahilfer Strasse. Perfectly located with walking everywhere. Many wonderful cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Walk and you will find. Elevator. W/D

Waren mit meiner Familie übers Wochenende da, alles bestens und ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder! :)

Ubytování u Petra bylo fajn. Apartmán byl hezký, útulný a naprosto fantasticky vybavený. Zejména v kuchyni bylo vše potřebné. Dá se tam v pohodě uvařit většina jídel. Hned vedle je restaurace, bar i wellness s bazénem, vířivkou a saunou. 10 minut autem je malé město s obchůdky a trafikami. 5 minut autem je bezplatné parkoviště skiareálu. Jezdí tam kyvadlově skibus a přímo od Hotelu Říčky. Z parkoviště je to pak 5 minut pěšky k vleku. Dá se jít i běžnou obuví a lyžáky si navléct až tam. Většina lidí to zde tak dělá. Sjezdovka byla nevytížená a pro děti i začátečníky, či pokročilé byla ideální. Nebylo to žádné Krkonošské vylodění v Normandii, kde je po 11. hodině sjezdovka zdevastovaná, jak na konci druhé světové války byl Berlín. Dokonce i ke konci dne byla fajn a dalo se po ni dobře jezdit. Za hezkého počasí jsou zde dopoledne 5-8 minutové fronty na vlek, což je vlastně stále super. Když je ošklivé počasí, je zde možnost být celý den ve wellnessu v hotelu. Rádi se sem opět vrátíme. :)
