This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

We’re conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Cloudland Canyon State Park and Lake Nickajack! Nickajack Overlook

Please note - this rental is not on the lake and does not have lake access, it just overlooks it from across the road. There are three boat launch access areas that are 6 minutes from the property. This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)
