Beautiful place! We had an unbelievable short vacation: Hiking with breathtaking views, Starry night in the hot tub, fresh coffee on the dock, Complete quietness or a bumping small town brewery, Warm cozy fire to take the chill off a fun filled day. We had an eventful trip on the well used canoe.. The canoe took a lot of water on quickly but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the gorgeous, huge lake. There was some lady bugs in the cabin but nothing more then was advertised and expected with the age of the lovely cabin. Highly recommend. Will most likely attempt to book again with warmer weather!

We booked this place for our anniversary weekend and it was nothing but amazing. The views are incredible & we got to see so much wildlife during our stay. The inside of the house feels like home. It is so beautifully decorated and cozy. We cannot wait to come back and have another peaceful, relaxing weekend.

I had an incredible stay at this cabin! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views – they were absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The space was immaculate, and it really felt like a home away from home. The beds were super comfy, everything exceeded expectations. On top of all that, the host was fantastic – super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning!

My partner and I were looking for a romantic getaway after a long summer of parenting. Nicolle’s cabin on Lac Lacroix was absolutely ideal for us in every respect. From the picture perfect calm & secluded lake, to the modern, clean & comfortable cabin, it was everything we hoped for. Reading in the hammock, having a grown up lunch on the dock overlooking the lake, and ending the day in the hot tub were highlights. If you’re looking for a getaway from the kids and the bustle of the city, I can’t think of a better choice. We will return next year. Thanks again, Nicolle!

It was a great weekend! It's a very beautiful place where you feel at home! A hot tub is amazing 🤩! I enjoyed it! Jeff and Susan are great people with whom it was very easy to communicate. If you want to relax from busy city and just enjoy nature and silence I totally recommend this place 🫶🏻

Beautifully renovated cottage on Lac Ste Marie. All new appliances and very clean. 5 min drive to MSM ski hill.

Location was perfect for a weekend away! Cottage was stunning, extremely clean and organized the pictures don’t do it justice. The linens, beds, furniture, hottub, sauna, everything was well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked of every appliance and kitten tool we may need during our stay. Hosts were very quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb. We had the most relaxing weekend ever!

An excellent little A-frame! A great place to get away and relax. Everything was clean, and the hottub, fireplace, and stove all ready and easy to use. Boardgames and movie projector offer fun indoor activities. The property also has enough room for short walks in the forest. It looks like they are in the process of adding additional cabins close to cabins #3 and #4.

What a peaceful place to stay, very accomodating and friendly hosts, trailer was exactly as posted, would absolutely recommend this trailer to anyone wanting an upgrade from tenting, like myself. Only downside was that the fish weren't biting much that week, so we will have to return at a different time of the year! Thanks Darrnel!

We had a lovely girls' trip at this beautiful cottage! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The views were absolutely wonderful, and we loved taking in the scenery throughout our stay. The nearby hiking trails were a great bonus—perfect for getting outside and exploring the area. My dog also had a wonderful time! It was the perfect retreat, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was my second time visiting Andrew’s place in the fall. It is absolutely gorgeous this time of year. The cottage itself is clean & cozy. All necessary amenities are included. Will be back again!

Christie was a wonderful host, she was communicative and flexible. Christie's cottage was a beautiful space, surrounded in nature and made us feel right at home. I can't wait to book again!

Guy's place was great! I'll be back. There are two other places to rent on the property, and I would say that the location of this building is the least ideal because it doesn't have a direct view overlooking the lake. This would be a big downside if you spent your time sitting inside or on the porch, we did not so it was perfect for us. One other thing is that the I found the shower tight for an adult, but if you need to wash, it'll get the job done. I spent most of my time by or on the water. Take advantage of the available water crafts that are available! I was fishing most of the time and there's a lot of fish to catch. Super comfortable and cozy cabin. Lots of room in the kitchen to get your chef on. As for the property, there's a slightly steep hill between the buildings and the water. Be careful with children or when it's damp. There IS a staircase to help you out. There's quite a bit of cottages around the lake and it could get loud. Quite a bit of motor and pontoon boats

Cozy cabin, beautiful property to snowshoe, and the sauna was great. The main house is a little too close to the cabin, but the hosts were very respectful, and privacy was ok, it all worked out great.

We don’t know where to begin. Everything leading up to this stay and the stay itself was perfect!! This cottage has everything you need to get away. From cooking utensils, to a great solar system, to the extra fishing gear, paddle boat, kayaks and SO MUCH MORE!!! It was a perfect way to spend our wedding anniversary, followed by a family getaway a few days later. The fishing was awesome, and the water was absolutely perfect for swimming! We highly recommend this cottage if you’re looking to get far away from anybody, to unplug from social media and to just relax! And one more thing….When Crystal says you need a 4x4 truck or 4-wheeler to get in, she truly means that you NEED IT! It’s a slow and steady drive in, but we’ll worth it! Look forward to booking here again next year!

We had the perfect stay while at “Rowe’s Cabin” starting the new year in a quiet and peaceful setting. The hosts shared the story of the land and the cabin, including its history, adding to the experience and atmosphere for us that we really valued. They recommended going to Barron Canyon and we made sure to make a stop on our way out and it was the perfect ending to or trip, we were the only ones on the trail making it so much more whimsical. We snowshoed around the cabin and quietly sat in the window, playing uno, in the evening watching deer and wildlife coming up to the cabin for an hour or two. It had snowed the day we got there so it felt extra disconnected and relaxing. The hosts made sure we felt comfortable and safe in the cabin, we often are out in the woods during all times of the year and the hosts make this cabin experience in the woods fun and within reach to anyone new to the being in the woods or have more experience in the woods.

We had a really lovely stay at Sylvie’s cottage! Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos. The interior and exterior were beautifully designed—stylish, cozy, and well thought out. The cottage had everything we needed: a warm indoor fireplace, hot water, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. The surroundings were just as impressive, with stairs leading down to a peaceful and scenic lakefront. We had a few questions about the firewood, and Sylvie responded quickly and helpfully. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great time! Cabin was just as described and very clean, outhouse was also really well maintained. There was lots of wood for the campfire and their dock had everything you would need for a fun day on the water. Thank you!

This is a wonderful and cozy cabin experience for a group of 4. The place has a lovely history and is preserved that way with attention to aesthetics that take you back in time. Debbi is a warm host and although we didn’t get to meet in person she was quick to respond and provided all the necessary details during our stay. Good parking space, private location and beautiful nursery and nature around the property. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Algonquin provincial park during the fall season. 3 nights in the Finch Cabin felt like living on another planet - it was so peaceful, quiet, and private. Exactly what me and my partner needed! The space was clean and well laid out, obviously small as it's a tiny home, but I never felt cramped with just 2 people. I 100% will be booking again and have already recommended it to my friends!

We had a great time at an almost orivate beach and enjoyed swimming and canoeing in the lake. Wally is a great host and the cottage was really well equipped. Thanks for the nice holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at La-Verne and Kees cabin. It has everything you need for a peaceful unplugged cabin experience. We were the last booking of the season, so the wood stove came in very handy on the chilly fall nights. If you are using the wood stove a lot, recommend buying their bags of wood onsite as they are small enough pieces for the little stove. The fire pit outside was great for watching the sunset, and be on the lookout for deer in the early morning! The location is great- close to town for supplies, plus nice hikes like Egan Chutes. The property is quiet and the cabin is perfectly tucked away from the main house so it’s very private. The cabin has all the basics in the kitchen and we had no problem making meals with the essentials they provide. We really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back next fall!
