We stayed for our anniversary weekend and everything was really well communicated, easy to follow and the flat was lovely and bright and very clean. Very happy with our stay and it was in the perfect location to get to lots of nice places to eat and drink near the sea.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

Lovely spot in a quiet area a few mins walk out of Ramsgate. Host was very responsive and sorted out the travel cot for us when requested. Kitchen had things like; oil, salt, pepper & coffee which meant didn’t need to go out and buy for a 1 night stay, which many places don’t. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat, superb location, stylishly decorated and well appointed. Bed was super comfy. Everything I needed for my mini break in Margate, all sorted effortlessly and with a smile.

A perfect place to stay that is very comfortable and with personal touches ( lovely artwork that compliments the accommodation and highlights the beauty of Herne Bay ) well equipped, peaceful and so well located for excellent coastal walks miles in both direction's !

Eleanor was so helpful and very responsive during our stay! Her flat is amazing, very spacious we were pleansantly surprised. The views are great and it’s very convenient :) highly recommend!

What an amazing stay! You will be blown away by the amount of art and things to look at in this home. I came here with 9 friends (10 of us total) and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Was very tidy, homely, relaxing and we were even allowed to bring our dog. The host was also very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the homes built in music system. 10/10 stay would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

The Wedge is a lovely place to stay we had a great time and was so close to the beach. Ria was very helpful and accomadating for us she litterally goes above and beyond for her guests. Will be booking to stay The Wedge again very soon. Thankyou Ria

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Minster-on-Sea. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully it was designed with accessibility in mind -everything was easily accessible for those with mobility issues, which made a big difference for our group. The people I was caring for really enjoyed their time there - it was smiles all round, which meant the world to me. It's refreshing to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. I'm so glad we found this gem and would absolutely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be returning!

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

This was our second stay here. The flat has a great location on the seafront and in the heart of Broadstairs. It’s spacious, light and airy, stylish and well equipped. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was plenty of local information and advice. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! A lovely little nicely modern furnished homely get away, if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil weekend with your partner/spouse. Pictures look exactly the same as they do online if not better. Check-in was easy. All expectations were covered, would stay again.

Sue is a great host and her place in Deal is lovely! Great location just opposite the pier & beach, clean, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely book again if coming back to deal 👌🏼

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. A lovely little spot with a sea view, quiet - easy free parking (even for our van). 10 minute walk into town. Tesco Express round the corner if you want to eat in which we did on the last night. Cosy yet spacious - perfect place to stay in Margate - will definitely be coming back here when we're next in the area.

Beautiful apartment in the midst of the old town with an excellent view of the sea and beach. Tidy and self-contained it's perfect as a hideaway while you explore Margate and the many lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

The place was so clean and the view from balcony was beautiful… Well arranged space . Loved it 😍 .. will definitely refer to my friends and looking forward to book in near future. Cheers
