Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
