The lodge offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist if needed. Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
