The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. The owner and his son live upstairs in a separate residence with their own private entrance. The pool is shared between the lower-level home and the attached apartment. The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside. This property does not have 3 masters suites: they have their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
