The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Devizes and Marlborough are a short drive away and Bath and Chippenham railway stations easily accessible. Ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. The Mangle was once part of the Salisbury Steam Laundry. We are situated in the Eastern Chequers of the city, within a short walk of the Cathedral, Market square (Saturday market), Theatre, Arts Centre, Everyman cinema and Train station. There is a secure parking space for guests and use of gym (at guest’s risk). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate babies or children.
