I highly recommend staying here. Good price and had all listed amenities plus soap, coffee filters, feminine products, silverware and dishes, the basic necessities you would need were there. The beds and couches were clean. Nice patio area to hangout. Pretty quiet neighborhood too. Close enough to the strip and all the things you would want to do. Cheaper then a hotel and way better than one. So spacious. Has a garage, which I would recommend using because the only downside was the few homeless people we saw about a block from the neighborhood. But they have locks on all doors and a garage, we didnt have any issues. I would stay here again. It was clean in comparison to other places I stayed in the past, and it was a good time staying here.

Staying at Emily’s and William’s Airbnb was really nice. When we had a question Emily and or William would respond right away.They were also really nice. They made sure we settled in with no issues. We all really did enjoy staying here and our trip was a success!

We had a great stay at Aleksandar’s place! Communication was clear and timely throughout. The Airbnb was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Strip and other fun spots. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was definitely a highlight—though we recommend paying extra to heat it since it can get pretty cold, even though it’s refreshing on a hot day. Overall, our group had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you again!

We had an incredible weekend at this Airbnb! The house is spacious, comfortably sleeping our group of 16 adults with well-designed sleeping arrangements and dividers for privacy. Its location, just 10-15 minutes from the Strip, made Uber trips quick and convenient. The kitchen was a highlight—fully equipped and perfect for cooking and grilling group meals. The extra fridge in the garage was a game-changer for keeping drinks stocked. We loved the entertainment options, from ping-pong and pool to relaxing in the hot tub or soaking up the sun. The house was spotless on arrival, and everything was set up perfectly. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions and resolving any concerns with ease. Our group had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to book this place again. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we have stayed here. Location is perfect for us as the soccer complex is walking distance. All the basic needs are covered. Couldn't find glasses so we used coffee mugs for all of our drinking needs. Will stay here again next year for our annual tournament. Thanks !

When I set up the booking we had planned 3 adults 1 child and dog from Texas to California. Ended up just my husband and child, the dog got sick and I had to stay back and the other dropped out. Jiarui was very understanding and allowed them to check in a little early. My husband drove for way too long and needed sleep ASAP. I was so happy when they allowed them in early. My husband and daughter walked to the strip and Uberd back. They had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the home. I highly recommend this lovely place to stay and would come back again.

Great host and big house for family while in town getting married

House was perfect for coworking with coworkers. The house was as described and the host was quick to communicate. The only thing we'd complain about was the noise sensor- it only notified us that we were loud between 9-10am when we were much quieter than other times

We loved staying at Spring and Olivia's home. Not only were the accommodations very comfortable, and the yard so fun, but the host was the very best. We appreciated the proactive recommendations and questions. We loved their rapid responses to our inquiries. Great place, was a little pressure at check-in for a time share presentation on property. Said no, but they called the next morning to pressure again. Did not do the presentation. That was the only negative thing about the place. Knowing what I know, I would stay and book there again. Convenient to everything.

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

Amazing house! Super clean and super comfortable! Me and my friends loved our stay here! We loved the pool! Host was super friendly and fast at responding when we needed help! Awesome host all around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was extremely clean and had tons of room. The game room was perfect for passing the time. The one thing that stood out was the host Adele. They provided detailed instructions and were easy to get a hold of. They answered all of our questions and were extremely professional and nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I'll start out by saying Adele was EXRREMELY communicative. The response time was great. If there was something I needed, it was taken care of quickly. The house worked well for what I had going on. pros: spacious living room spacious kitchen pool was clean and nice host communication time was ideal everything worked well the house a/c worked nicely. plave was overall clean. cons: The lighting is really bad in the bathrooms The flooring isn't installed well and comes up in spots to the point that u feel it when walking. The washer/dryer is outside in a shed that isn't very tall. I had to crouch slightly to do laundry. Beds were ok, but not super comfortable (as listed.) Differences: The backyard is all fake turf, not what is pictured.
