We stayed here for my work trip. My daughter loved the duck pond around the corner . We took her on stroller rides there every day. We felt safe with the fenced front and backyard where she could be free to run. The beds were super comfortable!

Comfortable beds, warm and dry location on a very rainy weekend. Downspout may need to be repaired. Nice family feeling in the home. Valerie responded quickly and helpfully to every inquiry. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Home is well maintained for its age

Betsy’s place was just the retreat my friends and I needed. Private, quiet and adventurous walk to the beach. The house had some outdated appliances but everything was well kept and functioning. The only issue was the Airbnb not being cleaned by check in time. The housecleaner showed up late but she was professional and got right to work. Betsy was more than accommodating when she received the news and offered a refund on the cleaning fee. Betsy always communicated within a reasonable time making everything easy. 5/5 recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great access to the beach. We enjoyed the vacation home vibe. Hotel-quality fresh sheets, pillow, and towels. Great mattress. WiFi at 50 mps so work video meetings went smoothly. Thrilled to find a heavy duty card table in the closet - it served as a desk. We can see ourselves staying here again.

Beautiful little cabin close the ocean! We were lucky to be there while the closest cabin next door was unoccupied which made it even more peaceful. The backyard is a nice size to throw the ball for our dog; there is no secure fenced area and that is the only thing that would have made it better. You can hear the ocean which was amazing and the walk down to it is sooo close! We did not go down to the beach near the cabin due to the large rocks at the bottom of the steps (which is mentioned in the listing). We did not want to risk our dog hurting himself trying to get down and then back up since it was raining and slippery. We did have an issue when we first arrived - we had no hot water. We contacted management and they came and got it up and running in no time. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to hang out with family, we liked how much space your place had for our new years gathering, and the parking was great for the trailers. I highly recommend this place

We loved everything about the Huckleberry house, and Debra is a perfect host! Very clean, spacious and comfortable, peaceful, beautiful lake view, well-stocked kitchen and hot tub was perfect after a day along the coast!

I have travelled all over the world, and can say that The Lodge Below the Falls is a very special place, created with love and deep appreciation for the nature surrounding it. This is a place to reconnect, to create, to rest, to explore, and to dream. The two giant waterfalls above and the pristine stream flowing by, the sauna, and the cozy and comfortable spaces around the woodstove and open kitchen/dining areas offer settings for our busy minds to unwind, and the breath of inspiration to arise. The 22-mile drive to and from town is actually perfect as it is a beautiful drive, and is just long enough to give yourself a chance to slow down and shift gears to a relaxed state of mind. It is a truly rare treat to be able to enjoy such a unique and beautiful space!
