Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!

Frank nous a accueilli avec le sourire et dans un français impeccable ! Il s'est montré compréhensif sur nos changements d'heure d'arrivée et nous a mis très à notre aise. La maison et son jardin sont un écrin parfait pour des heures de lecture et dolce farniente, entourés pas des oiseaux . On peut manger dehors sur la grande table et profiter de la quiétude du lieu. Et pour ceux qui veulent du sport : il y a un terrain de tennis, de volley ,de ping-pong, foot , juste à l'entrée de la résidence. Frank vous met les équipements à disposition : pratique ! La plage est accessible à pieds , en vélo ou en voiture : des pistes cyclables à l'entrée de la résidence, des jolis chemins à travers les dunes et une ambiance chill dans les bars restaurants en bord de plage. Et si on souhaite découvrir l'architecture et la culture : les villes d'Amsterdam, Harleem, Rotterdam (entre autres ) sont facilement joignables pour un road trip d'une journée. Ruim vakantiehuis, netjes ingericht en een volledig uitgeruste keuken op een rustig recreatiepark. Handdoeken en beddengoed ed zelf meenemen, maar dat was bekend en geen probleem. Centrale ligging in Noord Holland voor uitstapjes van Amsterdam tot Den Helder. Communicatie verliep snel en soepel, ook in het Nederlands. In- en uitchecken ging prima. Onze midweek (maandag tot/met vrijdag) verblijf hier is ons goed bevallen. Zeker een aanrader.

Tamara’s home was absolutely wonderful! She arranged everything perfectly and was very responsive from the moment we booked. When our flight changed and we had to shift our plans by a day, she was incredibly accommodating and handled it with great kindness. Everything listed in the description was exactly as promised, and her home was beautifully kept with thoughtful arrangements throughout. The location in Lisse was peaceful and in a lovely neighborhood, just a short distance from Keukenhof Gardens. We had a rental car and appreciated the free parking right next to the house, but we also noticed a bus stop conveniently nearby. Shops, supermarkets, and all necessary facilities were within walking distance, which made things really easy—especially with kids. The place was perfect for our family stay. Highly recommended!

This houseboat is one of two, sitting together, at the end of a quiet street, an 8 minute walk from Waterlooplein station, a 16 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal. The home is a real boat, permanently moored; read the description well. If you have mobility issues, you may want to consider another place. Entry is up metal steps and onto a metal ramp, then onto the edge of the boat. There are steps down into the boat. Patio area is on top of the boat, access by ladder. The boat has a lot of natural lighting from large windows. Street view is of an area of greenery and statues ; canal side view is mostly the other boat with a view of sky and area buildings. The kitchen has a hob, no oven, a dishwasher, refrig and microwave. Kitchen and living room are spacious. There are 3 steps up into the boat's front containing the bedroom with low ceiling and a modern bath. Since is it a boat, there is a "Head". The charming patio is on the top w/table, grill, & greenery. No railings, so be careful.

The house and location were great. Janine was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay and went above and beyond to offer us help and support.

Wat hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huisje was top. Op de bovenste verdieping (2e verdieping) is de woonkamer. Door alle ramen kan je heerlijk genieten van een mooi uitzicht. Op de 1e verdieping zijn de slaapkamers en badkamer. Mooie ruime kamers en de bedden liggen prima. Op nog niet eens 5 minuten lopen zit je op het strand. Wij hadden het erg getroffen met het weer voor de tijd van het jaar. Daardoor waren we vaak op het strand te vinden. De laatste dag zijn we bij het zeeaquarium geweest, wat vlakbij het huisje is. Ik hou dit zeker in gedachte voor een volgende keer.
