Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Ferienregion Schöcklland/Almenland und bietet sowohl für Natur- als auch für Kulturinteressierte viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohneinheit ist 70 m² groß und liegt nahe dem Ortszentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freizeitbad, Bäcker, Greislerei und Konditorei sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Original Vintage Objekten eingerichtet und versprüht Originalität und Gemütlichkeit.
