After a great day at the park you can turn on the BBQ, grab your cold beer from the fridge and relax under the tree on the patio as the sun sets on Bear Mountain. Paradise!

The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.
