Welcome to my downstairs space! This clean open concept space is ready for your long term or overnight stay. This studio space is the lower level of a raised ranch house. I live upstairs with my dog and share laundry with airbnb guests. The space has a private entrance through the garage, private bath, and kitchen area in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Taft and convenient to Rts 8 & 84. Off street pkg. Whether you are interested in two nights or two months, you are welcome here!

Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Dedicated parking is behind the left garage. FYI: I occasionally host card games in the garage below until 11:30 PM, but my guests won't use the driveway. Plus, feel free to use the grill and small patio behind the garage! A cozy, homey retreat for your stay.

Geodesic Dome in the Wooods

A great daylight space nested on the edge of the woods. Be close to nature but also close to our house for modern convinces in our house. Please note this space is unplugged, it has no electricity, heat or air conditioning. There is a full bathrooms for your use in our basement, 125 feet away. Also, you are in the woods and spiders can get in the dome. We also have our Tiny house for you to stay in if the weather is too cold. The Tiny house has power and some heat. See last 3 pictures.

Well equipped with all the amenities; from a fully stocked kitchen to bath salts for the deep soaking tub. One bedroom w/ en-suite bath & pull-out full size sofa bed. Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

The Farmhouse

Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!

Sticks and Stones Farm offers a rustic glamping experience! When you stay with us you'll get the adventure and fun of camping (no electricity, outdoor showers etc.) while still getting to lay your head on a soft pillow in a bed. You can treat your stay here as a chance to go inward or enjoy interacting with the different programs and events going on! Lower Level Beautiful Space: Well kept with an amazing view of a Beautiful Brook that Runs through the Backyard. It is a small cottage style home and you will have the best views of the Brook. You will also hear and see the Brook from the Bedroom, Kitchenette and Patio. Depending on the season it will Vary. If you have 2 Cars please make sure you let me know so I can accommodate.
