The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
