Sealight Beach House is a 4-bedroom house located in a peaceful private beach estate in West Sussex, approx. 1h30min from London. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to Elmer Sands beach. A 700 sq. ft South facing open plan living and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy panoramic sea views. There are two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub and the 2nd garden has direct access to the coastal path and the beach

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.
