Conveniently located just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, 10 mins walk from the Stanwick Hotel, 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes for walking/biking, 6 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping. Village has a shop and post office and regular bus service. Property sleeps up to 4 (2 in bedroom plus 2 sofa beds in lounge)

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Relax with a drink on the secluded garden terrace, conjure up culinary delights in the excellently appointed kitchen and feel at home relaxing into a super-sized soft bed after a wonderful hot shower. Located near Moulton Agricultural College, and with a selection of local pubs and amenities within easy walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern annex, situated in a quiet residential location with a separate entrance. Parking on the drive for one car, free parking on the road. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
