You have a private entrance to an upstairs suite with bathroom and terrace, and your own kitchen. Additional suite with its own bathroom and terrace available for an additional fee.

Prescott Home Away From Home

Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

Immerse yourself in the amazing ambiance that is Birdsong Casita. Surrounded by all the best that Sedona has to offer -- close to hiking, amazing rock formations, and excellent restaurants - be prepared to be in awe of the surroundings. Relax after a busy day exploring Sedona in the yard with an awesome BBQ grill, fire pit, and birds! This is one of two casitas on the property, each with a private entrance. Located near trails and grocery stores. Quiet space.

Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.
